Booked this for 3 off us (2 of us are beauty therapists) we had the most terrible experience ever, threw into a room for 20 mins no music ect then brought out to pedicure chairs for 20 mins (my therapist run to the shop to get melon) and all at different times which was also so strange as it was booked for the experience together? no customer service skills at all or even trying to interact with the client, for the price we expected to get what we had booked a deluxe pedicure with maybe even a glass of bubbles but nope we could not even rate this it was so bad, I also contacted them through instagram where I had originally booked my appointment and they read it and did not even reply this in itself tells you how this so called beauty salon is run, and to be honest the Girls didnt have a clue, no consultation forms filled in or anything and asking each other questions like they didnt know what they where doing, Im not even sure they where qualified and one wasn't even in uniform! The most unprofessional and poorly run salon/spa I have even been to, take your money somewhere else if youre thinking off here! blush is beautiful in Lisburn so professional clean friendly and a proper experience of what a deluxe pedicure treatment should be!
