        Great staff and the place was nearly empty so it was quick to be seen.

        Very disappointed to have travelled to the this branch on my only day off to deposit a dollars cheque only to be told by staff that they do not have the relevant form to be able to deposit the cheque. They even admitted that they had been waiting on the forms since November! Being told that I cannot go to my bank and deposit money into my own account is simply unacceptable. As a customer of Halifax for 27 years I am disappointed to say the least.
