        Just spent approximately 45 min trying to speak to a customer service person Being disabled it can be difficult to get to you at my branch in Lisburn I cannot believe you do not employ enough personnel to speak with a customer My query was personal and Couldn't be done automatically Extremely poor service One star for answering the phone!!
