        Karen made our vegan wedding cake for our micro-wedding. We opted for the lemon and raspberry cake and Karen made it two tier for us to look more 'wedding-y' for a small extra charge. It looked absolutely beautiful and she was so helpful in communication. This is the third vegan cake we have got from Karen and they have all been absolutely delicious, everyone who tries it remarks that it is the best cake they have ever had and that they wouldn't know it was vegan.
