Cloud surfer Ireland is an unbelievably good paragliding school. Phil the main man and trainer is very experienced and shares all his knowledge with you throughout your training. He has a brilliant way about him and a passion for teaching paragliding. His equipment is the best out there and his flying sites across the north are stunning. And before your fully trained you will have made good friends with people in the club. If u want to learn to paraglide, cloud surfer Ireland is the only place to do it.

Phil, the founder, is a very experienced paragliding pilot who can train you well all the way up to a BHPA CP level. You can fully rely on his knowledge and instinct because he has them both in abundance. He knows the whole upper-half of the island by heart, and you will discover plenty of beautiful takeoff places there with him. If you are interested in safely improving your flying skills while carelessly experimenting airborne, he will arrange an unforgettable trip to Dune Du Pilat. On the top of this, Phil is a great buddy who will be always there for advises - before your takeoff, during your flight or after the landing (when he knows to surprise the crew with some barbecue or sweets and coffee brought from home !). I love his organizing of Christmas gatherings in the pubs in Derry, or annual camping events at the beautiful Benone Strand ! With this school, you get much more than a training and BHPA PG license - you get unique memories and some great lifetime buddies !
