Visited on 15/01/20 - I gave the pharmacy assistant a box for a food supplement I needed & asked for advice on something similar if they did not have it. I overheard her whisper to pharmacist saying I was asking for the tablet form of a specific drug - This was both wrong and worrying, showing me that the assistant was clearly not interested in what I was asking for advice on and unable to listen/understand my needs. I was quickly told that it was "prescription only" and no other help was offered. Tried to explain again it was a food supplement I needed not a drug but again I was not listened to. Decided to try Gordons straight after, at Gordons the pharmacy assistant knew EXACTLY what I needed and did not belittle me telling me that it was "prescription only". Bovally Pharmacy did not try to help me or offer advice or read what I provided to them - I am so thankful to Gordons for helping me and actually reading the box I brought and listening to my needs.
