        Disgusted would be an understatement. Totally useless! I have tried to have issues resolved through this office many times but they do nothing. The girl on the phone actually hung up on me this morning because I was so annoyed with regard to the ongoing MOT and Road Tax dilemma. I have since had the issue fixed for me by Sinn Fein, Upper Bann. I am a Unionist, live in Larne and would vote DUP but in future Ill vote Sinn Fein. I honestly think we would be better off in a United Ireland. If I could give no stars I would!

        I'd like to thank Angela for all her help and understanding of my recent problem with housing... for hearing about the problem..for taking the issues affecting my life immensely serously when i felt nobody was listening and for acting as an advocate for me... solving a long standing problem that was putting my heat bills up during the colder months of the year... thank you... so much...
