        Laura is a fantastic personal trainer, she pushed my body to it's absolute limit in our sessions.She was extremely knowledgeable about training,correct form and nutrition and I would thoroughly recommend using her.

        I am really enjoying training with Laura, she understands what I want to achieve and we're focusing on specific training that will get me those goals. She's pushing me out of my comfort zone and getting a little abuse in return :-) 4 sessions in I'm feeling stronger already and have the confidence to get back in the gym. Highly recommend.

        I started using Laura a few months back initially to shed some weight but also then wanted to build more muscle around my chest and arms. Lauras dedication to her clients is second to none and how determined and result driven she is just speaks volumes. I would have no hesitation in recommending laura and Ignite Fitness
