        Michael is very professional and reliable. I've learned a lot from him over the years. His gym in Larne is well-equipped and caters for all ages, learning styles and ranges of experience, with kids and adult classes running several times a week. If you are looking to give Krav Maga or Tactical Edge a try, I recommend CCDS.
