The port itself is easy to find and access from the A8 road. The staff are quick to process the car and passengers. Basic but appropriate facilities in the terminal building including cafe and toilets. We were placed in a separate lane for mobility access to the ship and this meant getting on first (but off last). There was a separate lift for people with wheelchairs and mobility aids that meant we didn't have to fight and wait to use a lift. Onboard it's comfortable with bar, cafe, cinema etc. Reasonably priced trip overall, not that busy with cars generally so priority boarding etc is not really a must. Didn't try the lounge as plenty of comfortable seats elsewhere. Good disabled toilet facilities.
