        I have completed the antenatal class with Sharon and could not recommend it more. It was relaxing and very informative. I have also attended reflexology with Sharon, I have had bad back pain with my pregnancy and after 1 session with Sharon i noticed a massive difference. So much so I have booked in for another

        Loved attending Daisy classes here - Sharon is brilliant at what she does and its a great way to meet other new mums. My little boy loved the Wrigglers class, its a lovely mix of yoga, songs as rhymes and sensory play. Highly recommend!!

        I have loved attending Sharons classes with my little girl, the classes are well structured but very relaxing and the babies just love it. It is lovely to get a cuppa and cake at the end. Sharon really puts a lot of effort into each class, I would definitely recommend and Im so glad that I spent this time with my little girl.
