        Conor is easy to talk to about any problems you may be having, and can provide either an excellent massage or create a tailored fitness program over a number of sessions. He also explains the therapies well to understand the benefits of each. I signed up to a weekly fitness program after initially going for a massage. Highly recommended!

        I have had many treatments from many different doctors, physiotherapists and masseuses around the world for neck/ shoulder pain from playing rugby. Some good, some bad and mostly average. Conor is one of the good ones. I've no reservations in giving him 5 stars and recommending him here.

        Sports massage provided by Conor at Calyx Massage and Sports Therapy released muscular tightness brought on by completing the couch to 5k running programme. Conor is very knowledgable about biomechanics and provided a professional, friendly service with follow-up exercises by email to address the underlying issues and reduce likelihood of them recurring.
