        John was very knowledgeable in his approach to my physio treatment. His own experience in playing sport also meant that he could relate and ensure the best treatment for me. John got me back playing after a couple of weeks and would highly recommend. Professional attitude and care for me as a patient was excellent.

        I have had back pain from poor posture for some years now causing me considerable discomfort. I decided to go to fit for life at the start of 2021 to see Lindsey. I can't describe the transformation since going to her. From poor posture and significant back pain to literally no discomfort at all. My posture is a lot better too after regular sessions. Lindsey is an outstanding therapist and I can't recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed!

        I have a bad posture and have recurrent tension and pain in my shoulders and neck. I recently moved to Holywood, so I booked a session with Lindsey at Fit for Life. It is a very cosy and welcoming environment. During our assessment Lindsey asked me a few questions regarding previous injuries, lifestyle etc. and after the massage she gave me some exercises to keep me pain free between sessions. The massage itself lasted for about an hour and, after going to many sport therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists in a few different countries, I can definitely say that Lindsey is the best of all. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am so impressed with Lindseys technique and the results, that I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
