AVOID!!!!! Horrible company to work for since they hire foreign workers despite the contract requiring them to know English. They also treat other employees and residents rudely, and they are paid more than the rest of the staff. The fact that there is never enough staff on the floor is another issue. How are 3 carers on the floor supposed to provide personal care and assist 18 residents who need two people in the room to change and put them in their chairs? The management and some nurses are also terrible, and the facility as a whole is a joke. Additionally, you are supposed to have a 30-minute lunch break, but it is cut short after 15 minutes due to not enough staff on floor. This place needs to be inspected by the RQIA in general since it's a real joke of a business that doesn't care about its own staff; they are nothing but a number to them. Regular staff get pushed out from the international staff.
