        I have attended a variety of the pilates classes over the last few years, the classes are varied and the instructors take care to ensure my technique is correct in order to ensure i get the most out of every exercise. I have been to both Lorraine and Erin a number of times for physio related issues, they are very thorough, professional and are prompt with follow up exercises and support - I would highly recommend Holywood Pilates!

        Warm friendly atmosphere, helpful and supportive staff. Pilates classes are excellent, tailored to different needs, with well qualified instructors. I love going each week!

        Lorraine and Erin are brilliant. I have been to see both of over the last few months and they are so professional. I always feel very relaxed and their treatment of my injuries has been absolutely superb. I would highly recommend them.

        Id thoroughly recommend the Pilates and Barre classes. Lorraine and Erin are excellent teachers, always enthusiastic, motivating and knowledgeable. Ive also been to Erin for Physiotherapy on my shoulder. Her attention to detail and follow up care really made a difference to the problems I was having.
