I have utilized the professional services of both Heather and Gillian in the Holywood branch over the last few months. Heather was able to secure our mortgage and Gillian provided financial advice. Both were very professional and friendly and sought to do the best for my partner and I. There were a few obstacles along the way with the mortgage which we found stressful, but Heather took them in her stride and never gave up. She was positive and encouraging and quickly responded to our numerous questions and emails without complaint. Thanks to her we will hopefully be moving into our dream house in August. Gillian also dealt with my indecision so well and spent time recommending various plans which best suited our needs. She was very patient and hopefully with our investment we will be able to enjoy a better retirement when the time comes. I cannot recommend IQ and Co highly enough. All the staff we came into contact with were professional, friendly and couteous, and we knew they had our best interests at heart.
