        I joined this gym to build up strength after Covid. Very handy, never over busy, friendly and relaxed. Machines good and has all equipment etc you might need. Also classes included in membership makes it excellent value. The best thing though is the staff. All friendly and Phill has been super helpful in providing a program to help me achieve my goals. He has great knowledge and has a seemingly inexhaustible supply of patience! Would highly recommend.
