        Brook St is an absolutely brilliant practice and have been a wonderful practice for our family. I couldn't recommend the practiobers and all the staff I've encountered. The most helpful receptionists. Thank you.

        Registered at 1pm and was slightly panicked about getting emergency medication on time. Within a few hours I was prescribed the medication. Im incredibly grateful.

        They operate a Doctor call back system - good idea. However the lines to book a call open at 830am and I recently waited 45min on two occasions just to get through - the 2nd time I was told there were no more appointments that day and would have to call again the next working day (mon), with potentially another long wait just to get through. On a 3rd time I just gave up after 30mins. No way to book a call back online, no email on web to make a complaint to. Terrible service. If you are going to run a system like this then it needs to be resourced. No wonder A&Es are swamped.
