        Called through early, appointment made, visited the doctor who was understanding and thorough, appointment made with the treatment room on the same day for further tests. Perfect service.

        There's no doubt the surgery isn't what it was. We were lucky seeing friendly familiar faces, both admin and GP. I too have found words and attitude very different but I recognise no faces there. I hope the future brings what was a good practice, back to life.

        Just waited on the phone for 35 minutes to get through to reception and be told there's no available appointments left for today and I have to wait until Monday. You'd think an automated message would be in place to stop this from constantly happening. Complete waste of time.

        The GPs are helpful but the surgery and their appointment system is beyond a joke. Do not register with this surgery.
