During my breakfast, I went to the toilet and left my backpack and food on the table. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my breakfast and coffee had been taken away. I immediately approached the staff to inquire about what had happened. The Manager explained that they needed to keep the table turnover high (i stayed less than 30 mins) and since they didn't see my backpack, they thought I had left.
I was extremely disappointed with the staff's actions, as it was unprofessional and disrespectful to remove my food and coffee without any notice or warning. Additionally, I was charged the full bill of GPB 13 (they didnt even offer to waive the bill) despite not being able to finish my breakfast due to their mistake. The only thing they offered me was a coffee, which did not make up for the inconvenience caused.
I believe that the staff's behavior was unacceptable and their actions did not meet the standard of customer service that I would expect from a restaurant.
