I bought a BMW X5 from this company 2 weeks ago and dealt with the son who is called TJ, no problem there. But the problem was with the car, they showed me the MOT certificate that it passed but after a week, there was a sound like banging and rubbing sound from the car. So I took it to my Mechanic for him to check over it and there were problems that he found; Left hand front outer cv boot Right hand front brake disc corroded inner Oil leak So rang RAC because of there warranty and it was useless because it did not cover most of the problems. So was advised by RAC to call the dealer and see what they can do to help rectify this problems, and all I got from Brian is its passed the MOT, Yes it might pass the MOT with cheap or painted over parts that wont last long. and he still saying and could hear in his voice that he was getting angry saying I will speak to my mechanic as to when he could check it with a grumpy angry voice. Thats one of the worse services I have ever come across; so I had to get my mechanic to get the parts and fix it; which cost a lot. I hope they will change and have integrity in there dealings with there customers. Thank you.

Five star service would definitely return for my next car. Had a battery issue after buying the car and it was paid and sorted without me even asking the question. Thank you so much for everything

If this review saves even one person the unpleasantness (& expense) of dealing with Derek then it will have been worth the effort writing it - because I'd prefer to forget about the entire experience. This is the last place I would ever go to purchase a used car. The owner knows nothing about MOT requirements (I'm assuming this to be the case because otherwise he is simply a liar). My own mechanic discovered 6 MOT Failures on the car he sold me, the day after I bought it - 3 weeks and less than 100 miles since it "passed". He is also a bully and employs what could only be described as textbook gaslighting. Fixed one of the faults then afterwards claimed it wasn't a fault and I'd wasted his money! His RAC "warranties" are of no value either - indeed the RAC attitude was that there was nothing they could do to assist. After this I wanted nothing further to do with him - life's too short. Futher MOT failures appeared within a month or 2 (all documented and sent to him) - warning lights for ABS and Traction Control, so actually unsafe to drive - I had (a professional) Independent Report completed on the car (which confirmed it shouldn't be driven, cost me over 250) with a view to small claims (but see below). I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy - the only reason I didn't take him to Small Claims Court was that my solicitor advised me that while I had a very strong case, I was unlikely to succeed in recovering any monies against him. Apparently it is virtually impossible to successfully enforce a court judgment in Northern Ireland - unlike in GB, in which jurisdiction my solicitor advised me that it would most certainly have been worth while pursuing him. I sold the car at a loss of of over 3k (cost 5.5k) but I had a clear conscience that I'd highlighted known faults. Turns out it was even worse, as both drive shafts were on the way out. At least I know that the new seller will remedy the faults before sale. And will receive my repeat business into the future. If the owner feels that any part of this review is defamatory or libelous he is welcome to attempt to prove this in court - indeed I would take a certain pleasure in seeing him attempt to!
