Twigs and Twine

Very disappointing experience with Twigs and twine. I left in a wreath for my door and asked for it to be refreshed with new foliage. I collected my new wreath and was asked to pay 45. I thought this was very expensive, since it was just the foliage that had to be replaced and not the wicker wreath itself. Emily the owner did not return my old foliage ( syntheric) and I went home. I phoned the shop and asked Emily if she still had the foliage I had bought two years ago on the old Wreath and she told me she had thrown it away. The wreath she had made was nice but I decided to take off the large hessian bow that she had put on it as I wanted to use it to tie onto the knocker of my door. I carefully undid the ribbon only to find that when the bow was Undone it was all shredded and ripped. I presumed she had given me an old piece of hessian ribbon and not a new one as I had paid for . I returned to the shop and told the owner Emily that when I undid the bow the bow looked damaged. Emily told me that if I was unhappy and wanted a new beau I would have to pay 5 for it. I thought this was so unreasonable as it was very clear to me that the bow was not in good condition when she had given it to me. Emilys mother Caroline joined our conversation And Suggested to Emily that she should give me some new . Emily refused, told her mother no in front of me. At that point I told them to forget it, that I would go down to Belfast and buy my own ribbon. I have looked on eBay and Amazon and 10 m of the same same ribbon is between 3 and 4. The length of ribbon I was to have was around 0.5 of a meter. This shop is too expensive, and the owner Emily, shows very poor customer service. I think she has a lot to learn about being In business
