Got together with friends at weekend. Chips were rotten and the fish was swimming in fat. Horrendous will not be back. Would drive to Moira quicker for a better chippy.

I visited yesterday after a long day at work. Tried to use the app so I could pick up on arrival, doesnt work. Tried to call, rang off. Arrived in store, staff cant use the till and place looks like its cleaned up to leave, its 9pm on a Friday night, there are three people ordering. Female server doesnt know how to use the till and it takes ages to sort out a mistake with the customer before me. I eventually get my order placed and they make it at a snails pace. Wait 30 mins in total for my crispy chicken supper, it has a grand total of one chicken goujon and gravy that is like jelly. Dont throw out your air fryers people!!

Waited 1hr 10 minutes for two portions of chips and two burgers, one of which looked like it was still alive when I got it home. They tell you a 20 minute wait when you get there but theres no chance. Ill stick to the chip van in future.

Called in this evening to get dinner for myself and my family, friendly happy staff as I entered the shop. I ordered 2 fish suppers , kids burger meal and a portion of onion rings. Fish suppers were a brilliant portion for one individual with light crispy batter, as were the onion rings - grease free! Kids burger was gone within seconds it was that yummy . Looking forward to ordering again next weekend!
