I want to start by stating I do not give negative reviews lightly I Originally called windowmate Fermanagh 28th September for potentially a replacement door as we had used the previous company that was called Douglas windows without issue with a great service previously for a replacement window and assumed windowmate would be equally as good. They Promised a call back, no call back received. After several phone calls made to this company someone did attend my property unannounced on 11th October when we were at work. Spoke to an employee on the telephone explained the issue with the door and he promised someone would attend this past week 19th-23rd October but would let me know - no call back received Then made a call on Tuesday 20th October to try to establish if or when someone was coming this week to look at our door as we were promised, girl promised a call back as employee was in Republic of Ireland that day - no call back received and nobody showed up. We will be using another company. 1 star is being generous. Would not recommend persevering with this company with such shocking unreliable service they are obviously too busy and dont need the business.
