Primrose Farm is the perfect getaway for groups of friends or families! It is located just a few minutes from the lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Super spacious with all the necessities that you need, all decorated to a really high standard. Victoria is an amazing host, really quick to respond and provide lots of great advice and answer any questions you have. The icing on the cake was the basket with food produce! Fantastic place, we would definitely return!

My family and I have stayed in the Barn quite a few times over the last 14 years and have enjoyed every moment of it, even when the weather doesn't play ball there's always something to do nearby. The Barn itself is a large space very tastefully decorated with everything you could wish for, log burner, countryside views a fully equipped large kitchen area, I could go on!!! The walks around the area are fabulous, Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court and now Culcagh (stairway to Heaven) and if you don't want to drive there's a walk down the lane to the Lough right on your doorstep. A beautiful place to stay and unwind and in these strange times we're living in. xxx

Stunning cottages with amazing views over Lough Erne. The family and I have stayed in lots of cottages all over Ireland but have to say this is one of the best. We have stayed in both the Barn and the cottage at different times and had a great family break, it is ideal for a large family holiday or a couples retreat. Lot of things to do including Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court and now Culcagh, with nearby Forestry and Lakeside walks in Castle Archdale, Hydro bikes at Castle Archdale Marina. There was a warm welcome from the wonderful hosts Rosie & Victoria to include a welcome basket which shows the finer detail they bring as hosts.

All I can say is this place is so beautiful! Everything about the house was perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a very comfortable stay! The setting itself is so gorgeous set on a hill with spectacular views, so peaceful and yet minutes away from the centre of Enniskillen. The host Victoria was fabulous to deal with from initial enquiry and right throughout our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful home! We have gone 3 times and love it.
