        Place is filthy...toilets/behind the counters...had to drink out of card board cups as they had no cups...strange in a coffee shop and it wasn't that busy

        The windows in the shop are so dirty, it looks as if the business has closed down. Surely its a priority to keep the front of the shop clean, I always feel its an indication of the general cleanliness inside. Coffee is great but this seems to be an issue in quite a lot of Neros branches. Not a good look!
