        Ordered a one ton pallet of triple heat Colombian coal. Received a prompt service at a competitive price however what is contained within the sacks is dirt. Small round pieces of coal no bigger than a small egg which fall through the grate leave an incredible mess of unburned coal and ash behind. The open fire has to be cleaned every day and the amount of heat generated is limited. The problem stems from the fact that the pieces are so small they mass together and this prevents air from circulating around the individual lumps leading to very poor combustion. Avoid this product. Never ever again.
