I delivered the L200 for repairs which I was told were 24hrs. So we left the vehicle and travelled back to Kilkenny on the Wednesday on that Friday we were going to travel back up and collect but lucky we rang as the service girl told us the parts had just arrived and apologised to us and said the L200 would be ready Monday morning to go .I couldn't go on the Monday so I travelled by train and Taxi 5 hours in Total from Kilkenny.On arrival my L200 was parked out the front as I taught ready to go.I went in to collect my keys and leave to be told by the young lady on the service desk the L200 was not ready infact it had not even gone into the work shop this lady was very imbarrassed to say the least and tried a few times to get the service manager out of his office as he hid .
He finally came out did not apologise so I asked for a car to get home. He said he had no replacement car to give me. I then asked him did he know of any local car hire he replied no.
I seached the internet myself and actually found a locol car hire company two miles from him.I asked him could he help with this he said no as he had fallen out with them and with that walked back into his office and closed his door.
What a joke of a place and obliviously ran by a person that should not have a job never mind management.
