        No matter what I use this top soil for I get poor germination and stunted growth. It feels/smells like sand mixed with poor quality manure and has 1000's of sometimes up to 30mm stones meaning I have to seive every time I use it. It is also PACKED with weeds and over time an algae-like substance forms on the surface. If you're looking for something cheap to add to potting mix I'd avoid this product. I can't say anything about their compost or other products and the delivery was quick. The bloke who delivered it was helpful as well. I think if I used it at about 20% mixed with high quality compost/humus it could work ok but unfortunately this big bag of topsoil is now likely just an eye sore...
