        Dreadful customer experience. Spoke to someone at the company and sent text message as requested- to book taxi almost two months in advance. Heard nothing back so sent another text message after few weeks- still no response. I telephoned again a few days before the event- they said they would get back to me. Then I got a message saying they had been waiting on other bookings to confirm and were now fully booked. No explanation for why my booking placed so far in advance was overridden by other bookings. Every other local company now fully booked. Not impressed.

        We were attending a wedding locally and requiring a taxi fairly last minute. The company were really helpful on the phone and arranged two taxi for our group. Drivers arrived on time and were really friendly. A quality service.
