Naturo Natural Pet Food

Customer service extremely poor. My dog eats the grain free food but having asked if I could get the food despatched a bit sooner (was happy to pay) I was told - will see if we can get it despatched by DPD. I chase them for an update - I then get a: I had asked the team if they could get it out on the 11th for you and was told this should be possible but I can see that this has not been dispatched however I can see that this has been collected by DPD this afternoon and is on its way to you now. The parcel hasnt even been collected. Sorry. But the worst customer care Ive ever seen. Non existent.

I want to put my 10year old Border Terrier on Naturo Senior Turkey. Me and my dog are from South Africa now residents of Portugal and cant find your product here? Do you cook the ingredients or use them raw? How do you preserve it?

I am so impressed with this range of dog food I have to give credit where it is due and tell everybody! This is really wholesome, natural fresh dog food and our dog absolutely loves it.

My dogs love this food.. love how it looks and smells and the nutritional value of it. Perfect for my dogs. Enjoy the food choices and grain free option. We get the wet food tubs. They get sp excited over it and have never left it or turned away from it. One of urses at our vets asked what we fed them (one has a couple of issues), she looked it up while with her and I thought she was going to suggest changing but as she read the website and nutrition information she also said it was good for him and she was impressed. She had not heard of it. Best dog food.
