Unfortunately useless. I have been an O2 customer for as long as I remember. Tried to get my mum and dad a 4GB data, Unlimited texts, Unlimited minutes, 12 months contract as advertised on the 02 website and staff couldnt help me with this. Tried to sell on a 18 a month contract because he couldnt access the requested contract on his computer. The Staff member refused to call the help desk because its just the same help desk the public call and I hate ringing it in other words no I wont help you! 02 your Dungannon store member has just lost you a family of customers.

Very polite and friendly young man understood the question asked and so kindly helped with the situation. Really recommend de place for any help. I was very happy to see how the staff was so helpful with the customer around.
