      • Swiss Farm

        We ordered parts for an electric vehicle in 2020 and despite calls and emails requesting information on delivery, there has been no effort to sort this out over the last 6 months. I have spoken to them a few times but no information has been given other than telling me "they must have been lost in the post" It's no exageration to say that this is the worst customer service I have experienced in years.

        Disgraceful company, they send you spam mail saying "In response to your request " when you never requested anything from them. I very much hope they go bankrupt, for the stress and disruption they cause and for their ridiculous approach to advertising their business.
