        Customer Service in this shop is terrible. I was in LP last week and picked up a candle holder that had a loose glass top. The glass top fell and smashed on the floor. One of the assistants immediately marched over and her first words to me were "you will have to pay for that go to the counter now" I tried to explain that the top was not fitted correctly and it was not my fault that the item broke but she would not listen. I went up to the counter and paid 16 (half price) for item. The whole experience left me feeling humiliated and aggrieved. The customer service in LP would not entice me back to that shop.

        lovely shop but customer service appalling. shop assistant very aggressive and clearly very agitated. They only give credit notes for goods which are returned so unfortunately I will have to return to this shop to spend credit note but that will be my last visit.
