        Service very slow, plenty of selection and parts availability but very difficult to get the relevant person and especially if they can take a phone call rather than deal with a customer actually standing at the counter.

        Hi folks, I recently purchased a used hedgecutter off Alexander Mills.The service and customer support via email and phone was 100%. Very prompt delivery less then a week from payment. Their service and quality machines are very good for a small farmer like myself. Their delivery driver Aiden 100% gentleman and great lad on the small roads. Thanks again Alexander mills.
