        Contacted Bryson Blinds to ask for a quotation for a complete set of blinds for a house. After doing the measurements as asked and sending them by WhatsApp, the guy became quite rude when some measurements didn't match what he expected and basically told me to go somewhere else. Thinking he maybe had had a bad day, I rang him the next day and he hung up. I even WhatsApp'd to apologise incase I'd done something wrong and was ignored. Sadly since this experience I've spoken to others who have been treated the same way. The work may be done to a high standard, but the customer service and decoram needs a lot of work.
