From my experience, it is my opinion that the man who owns this company is an opportunist. I got him out today to reactivate an alarm that his company had initially installed and he wasn't in our home for more 3 minutes, before he charged 50 for a hidden call out charge. He was supposed to reactivate the system which he didn't and replace the battery which he didn't as he said the system is fried, and wasn't working at all well, it's because he pulled the fuse from the system which he said didn't have. The system setup is very doggy at best. Hidden charges and changes his story regularly. PEOPLE BEWARE!
