There is no hard-sell, no pressure to buy, just plain-spoken advice, based upon years of experience, and practical, helpful, demonstrations. Installation by David and Raymond, was efficient, clean and professional . They both took extraordinary care to ensure floors and the existing fireplace etc were protected, and undamaged. Unexpected anomalies in our old flue were patiently approached, and painstakingly overcome. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great Product, and professional Company. Ordered the Woodburner got a date for installation, installed on that date by professional technicians and left the house clean and tidy. Great overall experience, recommend this Company totally.

I couldnt be happier with my Clearview Stove. I rarely have to clean the glass and it is such a pleasure to light and watch as it burns. Thanks to David and the excellent follow up service. Immediate response to any questions and helpful advice in getting the most out of the Stove. 5 star service.
