McKibbin Motors

Took 5 months to resolve issues with my Volkswagen. During this time the dealership lost a set of keys, set of expensive sunglasses and bird excrement had stained the paintwork. Been 4 months and still heard nothing about replacing the lost keys which I was assured at the time were placed on order. Paint repairs to the vehicle were bad quality (not correct colour, paint runs, no lacquer, overspray marks). Car started showing electrical faults, shift up paddle was broken. In the end I've given up dealing with mckibbin motors and traded the car in else where after less than 9 months of ownership because I am disgusted with the lack of service and response from the dealership. Staff created a web of lies to cover their own backs throughout and not so much as an eyebrow raised by management. Such a disappointment

I just bought a car from McKibbon Motors and I highly recommend. I dealt with Darren who is such a lovely person, he couldn't have been more helpful and made everything so straight forward. I am looking forward to driving my new car. Thank you so much

After they take your money their no longer interested. Avoid, I do not recommend.
