Visited business in February 2021 to place order for wooden greenhouse on a dwarf wall. Tom MacMillan (boss) said I had to get the dwarf wall built first and to his specifications. He supplied the specific plans for this. He said it would be after July before he could supply our greenhouse. I then arranged for a builder to put in the foundations and built the brick dwarf wall. I contacted Tom in April 2021 and told him the dwarf wall was completed and I sent him pictures of the same which had been built to his exact specifications. He said he would call to confirm for himself re dimensions. He never appeared. I rang repeatedly they usually never answer the phone but I finally got to speak to him again - more "waffle" about how busy he is but that he would get out etc etc. Fast forward now to July 2022 - still no contact from this arrogant man so I rang him again and told him his business was a disgrace. I have been looking at a dwarf wall in my garden for over a year - constantly having to explain it away to friends etc.Total joke of a firm who hide behind the "too busy" excuse for everything and do not have the courtesy to contact you. He doesn't tell you at the initial contact when you are inquiring about a greenhouse that he will get to your order whenever he feels like it and may never actually bother. If I had not rang again - a year later - he still would not have contacted me. I am considering taking him to small claims court to get some redress for having to be out the cost of the dwarf wall that he insisted I build before he would supply the greenhouse.
