        There is an absolute helpless staff manager is useless can't help with nothing. Hope this guy's will be fired soon. Otherwise no point to keep open that branch if all empty heads there!!! Special one IAN store manager arrogant ignore man!!! Can't understand how Vodafone can keep him!!!

        I highly recommend shopping for a phone in this store. Ian, the store manager, was incredibly helpful when we went in last week. He helped my Mum choose a suitable phone, was really patient showing her how to use it and even took the time to set her up with a google account, transferred her contacts from her old phone and set up her bundle, which was also a great deal. Absolutely amazing customer service!
