Purchased a used car in fast fit to replace my old one which had developed a recurring fault. I was advised of several suitable options that they had in stock and talked through the whole process. I was amazed at the value and quality of the cars available, the service from Brian and Rolly was fantastic. The car I was buying had a couple of age related scratches and when I went back to pick it up it looked almost new. Having purchased a used Peugeot from Bell's of Crossgar the service and attention to detail by Neal was very evident. A follow up regarding a minor dent to the bodywork and a tyre pressure sensor replacement was promptly sorted. Having a 12 months warranty, inclusive of a pre mot service is very reassuring when driving away from the garage forecourt. However, having accidentally scratched the side of the car against a hawthorn hedge it was necessary to obtain an estimate from the Accident Repair Centre. Chris managed everything with empathy and efficiency guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company etc. The teamwork was excellent and I'm also grateful for Marty, who taxied me between home and the garage.
