This website says that they can still send packages to Europe without problems. That's not true. I'm in Portugal and my package got stucked in customs. I needed to pay customs service and import duties which would be even more than the value of my package. I contacted Vivomed told them what happened and request a refund, since I only bought again from them because of their assurances. I would send them the proof of what I was telling in case there was any doubt. I also informed that the package would be returned to them. I never got any answer and I can't ask for a refund from my account. The package before never arrived, at least they give me the money than. Awfull service and awfull support. Update 28/05 - Answer to the email I received which is more or less the copy of their answer. : Dear Chris, It is sad that I only get a reaction from you after I leave a negative review at Google. This the second time it happens. I sent you the first email more than a month ago, resend it again a few weeks ago and never get a reaction. I never had a problem with Vivomed until now. I was very upset because I ask for your help and didnt get any answer. I also couldnt try to ask for a refund in my account, like it happened last time when the package was lost. Its the official customs house in Portugal that is demanding the payment and not the postal service and though I have sent them the information that youre located in Northern Ireland they dont care and unfortunately they are the authority. By now the package should be on your way because theres a time limit to clear the products. If you would like to refund my last order It would be much appreciated. You can return the money to my way of payment. As for the review, I will make it more soft because the main objective of drawing your attention was fulfilled, however, like I said before, this is the second time that when I sent an email to your support Im ignored. When my package got lost at the end of last year I only got a reaction after I left a negative review. Thats when it was explained to me where I could go to ask for a refund. Your prompt reply and refund was only after it reach the right person. This time it was the same thing. Since youre replying to my email it means it was well received just ignored. I also have a family business but instead of ignoring my clients emails, I try to solve their problems in due time, instead of only reacting when I receive a negative review. Best Regards Ana Leamaro
