I had a Heta wood burner from Brownes installed almost a month ago. I had excellent pre-purchase & post installation advice from Clarke. Installation was both prompt & smooth by Stephen - again great advice for getting the best from my new burner. Easy to use, surprisingly efficient & clean with plenty of heat. I highly recommend Brownes for a great service.

Superb customer service experience! Clarke was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind as he talked me through buying a woodburning stove. Stephen, who fitted the stove was very efficient, equally as kind and did a brilliant job. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Clarke and Stephen!

If you're looking for a first class experience of buying a stove then Browne's of Ardglass is the place to go. I can't emphasise enough the help we received from Clarke. His knowledge was invaluable in helping us decide the best solution for us. His patience was second to none taking the time to ensure we got what we wanted. Then Stephen the installer ( a true gentleman) fitted the stove leaving no trace. The whole operation went smoothly without a hitch and at a reasonable cost. Now toasting my toes by our new stove... Perfect!
