        I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral. I received a confirmation email and then a phone call to confirm the details. Later, the day of the funeral many hours AFTER it had ended, I received an email that they had been unable to deliver any flowers. I was furious! If I had known PRIOR to the funeral that they couldnt fulfill my order I would have made other arrangements! What a horrible thing to do to somebody!

        I ordered flowers 3 days prior to the service. I received a call less then an hour before the flowers were to be delivered and said they didn't have the flowers available yet to prepare the order and they could not be delivered on time. Do better.

        Just notified by Patricia's Petals that the flowers I ordered 3 days ago would not be available to be delivered to the funeral home tomorrow as promised. It is after noon now and all local flower shops are closed. I ordered flowers on behalf of my organization and there were folks counting on me to get this accomplished. Patricia's Petals has left me in an awkward and embarrassing situation. Buyers should beware of online flower shops that represent themselves as local.

        Ordered lots of flowers from Patricias Petals, Downpatrick over the years. Always lovely and delivered on time. Lovely fresh flowers that lasted for ages! Always love her wee Christmas pots too!
