Rory was really personable and helpful. Kept me informed through the order process and if there was any delays why and set expectations accordingly. Delivered a tote bag and had a big trailer and hydraulic arm to unload it all. Wood itself looks good. I got a mixed bag of hard wood. Good price as well.
