        Excellent attention, advice and work carried out by Anthony and his colleagues in replacing two large windows in our sunroom. Highly recommend Down Window Systems. Robert Gibson

        Excellent service from Down Windows. We had a composite door fitted and I would highly recommend this company! Great workmanship from Paul very quick to fit the door and extremely tidy. We dealt with quite a few in the team Robert (the proprietor), Sharon in the office, Anthony who took the final measurements for fitting and Paul who fitted the door. The whole team were so helpful and professional. My mum also had some window locks and hinges repaired on the same day by another member of the team, Jason , along with Paul and she was delighted with both their workmanship and professionalism.They even went the extra mile to help an elderly lady who had a bad fall on the street beside where they were working and they got her water and took her to a friend's house nearby. Can't beat that for service!

        I know how difficult it can be to find the best window/door installers so I thought I would leave an honest review of this company. Down Windows had very reasonable prices, they use REHAU windows and Palladio doors which are the best you can get . The windows are absolutely stunning both inside and out and the finish is superb. The sales team are not overbearing and were very genuine, even the office staff are lovely to deal with. The fitters (Jason and Paul) were very experienced and extremely clean, they were also very very quick. Inside one day I have had 10 people remark on how good my new windows/door are. I would absolutely 100% recommend this company for the experienced fitters and quality rehau windows. I am 100% happy customer.

        They take your money and leave with absolutely no after care service. Absolutely appalling company. Don't go near these guys with a barge pole
