    Emma's pregnancy yoga classes are fantastic and so much more than just yoga. Each week we cover a different topic relating to pregnancy/becoming a mum, learn breathing exercises, practice yoga and relax. Emma also allows time for conversation and the chance to get to know other mums-to-be. The class is so relaxing and lovely. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to coming back to mum and baby yoga next year.
