Another disappointment tonight. Ordered at 6.30pm and the order arrived over 2 hours later. I'd phoned after 1 and a half hours, to be told that the order was on its way. Then at 2 hours, I was told that it was on its way. The man on the phone couldn't explain way he had told me half an hour previously, that he'd told me it was enroute. His response was that he goes by what he's told. I hung up. The pizza I ordered was meant to have extra cheese on it. Nope. The kids meal, that was meant to include a drink. The drink didn't arrive. The food tasted OK, but it's hard to go wrong with cooking frozen food from a packet. The driver had the decency to apologise, but put the pizza on the floor instead of handing it to me. Never again. Pathetic.

Ordered a delivery as a supper snack for me an my little one as shes been unwell. Put my ordered in 11pm an still no delivery 00.52 rang at 00.13 to be told its on way? obv no delivery will b arriving: wont be using this service again. Very disappointed. After using them so many times before. Off to bed with no snack an a little upset girl looking her pizza
