Gordons Chemists, New Street, Donaghadee

I was in Donaghadee visiting family on Friday past. I needed a few items so I popped into this Gordon's branch. There was some sort of event happening with a makeup professional called Victoria doing a make up tutorial. I must say this young lady was so natural in the manner she conducted herself and engaged the ever growing crowd. I come from a promotions background and I am telling you that you have a real asset working for your company and Clairns. I don't know how often Victoria takes these events but i would recommend she does this regularly and does it across the Provence as she is a complete natural to drawing and controlling the crowd to then guiding the onlookers to buying the products at the end of the demo. Well done to all involved especially Victoria

Zero customer service. Woman at pharmacy counter couldnt be bothered to look up to answer a polite question. I guess its the only chemist show in town in Donaghadee. Fortunately for me I live in Belfast so was able to walk out and take my custom elsewhere.
